Safeguarding
We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and local safeguarding guidelines. Concerns are reported to the appropriate authorities.
Health & Illness
Children who are unwell should remain at home until symptom-free for 48 hours. Medication is only given with written consent.
Behaviour
Positive behaviour is encouraged through praise and clear boundaries. Physical punishment is never used.
Data Protection
All personal data is stored securely and used only for childcare purposes, following GDPR requirements.
Complaints
Parents can raise concerns directly with me or with Ofsted if unresolved.
